Q: How soon can you close?

A: As soon or as long as needed. We will work with your time table.


Q: Do I need to fix anything?

A: No, we buy houses completely “AS-IS.” As a matter of fact, you don’t even need to clean the house or remove unwanted furniture, household items, old phone books, kitchen items, etc. We will donate what we can and we will pay to have the rest removed.


Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: We don’t believe in charging you to sell your house. The only thing you will be asked to pay is your half of the title and escrow fees. No commissions, no service fees, no other fees.


Q: Does is cost me anything?

A: No, we make the process as simple and straight forward as possible.The price we agree to is the price you get when we close (minus your half of title and escrow fees).


Q: Do I need a Real Estate Agent?

A: We always encourage sellers to have an agent if they feel like they need one. If you elect to employ an agent, it would be at your cost. We treat all of our sellers honestly and use a local Title Company to hold all money and conduct the closing.


Q: What will you do with the property?

A: Our goal is to help the neighborhood by giving houses that need them an update, then selling them to a new buyer. The raises property values for everyone.
