Gene Cooper - Chief Executive Officer
Gene oversees the company’s accounts for treasury and its future growth formation.
His good business ethics has allowed him to create new and inventive ways for his company
and the businesses he works with to do well and succeed. Gene has been involved in the real
estate and construction business in the valley for over 20 years; he also owns a Commercial
and Residential Fire Protection Supply Company operating in three states including Idaho,
New Mexico and their headquarters Phoenix, Arizona.

Darl Fassett - President
Darl controls the business’ income, credits and asset management;
he operates our company’s capital formation and risk management. Darl graduated with a Landscape and Architecture degree and has
created a successful Landscape Design Company based in Phoenix. His experience in real estate provides the company with an important
value of understanding and familiarity to the business. Darl obtained his real estate license in 1978 and while continuing to make
a positive impact with the people he has been doing business with, he has
been building, rehabbing and fixing homes with his own company for over 15 years.

David Mack - Vice President, Construction
David directs the company’s construction and business accounts.
He manages the business portfolios, acquisitions and development.
David graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Degree in
Construction Management and Technology and has over 10 years of
experience in the Home Building, Construction and Land Industry.
He is a licensed contractor and provides an understanding and background for the company’s
construction and industry development. David continues to create
and support building relationships for our growth, as well establishing
a great foundation with our trades who do business with us.

Jeff Fassett - Vice President, Real Estate
Jeff oversees our company's sales and real estate; he is in charge of the company's
daily real estate operations, contract negotiations and human resources department. His area of expertise
in the real estate and remodel business is valuable to the company’s
structure for operating. He graduated from University of Arizona with a
Degree in Finance and has over 10 years of experience in the real estate business.
Jeff has been a licensed realtor since 2002 and provides our company with a variance
of expertise and dealings in different aspects of real estate and marketing.

Cameron Hall Esq. - Vice President, Marketing
Cameron serves as the company's VP of Marketing. He graduated at the top of his class from the
University of Virginia School of Law in 2003, and since that time has established himself as one of Arizona's
premier up-and-coming attorneys. Cameron spent years successfully representing both Fortune 500 and locally
owned and operated companies, and has also personally launching several multi-million dollar start-ups.
His background in business proved a perfect fit for the company, and Cameron
became an officer of Investment Property
Alliance in May 2009.
